We understand that as a team we must work together to move forward to achieve to a shared vision. We have a trusted network of suppliers and have a defined process for dealing with bids and supply. This allows for the best prices and quality through many options being presented

Project Management

Our Operational Process is outlined from start to finish. As a team we’ve talked through the many factors and tasks faced by PMs every day. We’ve outlined the best way of team management, safety, cost control, partnerships and delivery. We communicate well as a team to ensure transparency, efficiency and timeliness for our client

Finish

We’ve completed renovation, restoration and new home construction. We’ve worked with artists, designers, and engineers to deliver custom installations. We’ve a structured Finish List document that will ensure your home matches from top to bottom. We’ll work with difficult design requests and ensure Shop Drawings fit the need

Safety

Safety is high priority here at CCH and we make sure to set up each project site to ensure this. We ensure that workers only work with tools and machinery which they have trained to use. All tools and machinery are stored safely and behind locked doors. All required signage and safety checks are completed through a site checklist
